Learning options

The Masterclass is available in three formats: Extended, Advanced, and Manager. The three combine online facilitated, self-paced learning, and eventually on-site sessions for the Extended format.

Online: Online sessions of one to two hours each led by a facilitator.

Self-paced: Recorded interactive sessions of 40 minutes to one hour long.

On-site: Half-day or all-day on-site sessions led by a facilitator.

The on-site sessions allow more participant interaction and faster and deeper assimilation of the knowledge which requires additional facilitation. The Advanced sessions are only remote with, as for the manager format, less interaction with the facilitator.

Additional Details

The commitment time for the Advanced and Manager formats is 10 to 14 hours, depending on one's learning speed. The more experienced you are, the more time it may take!

For the Extended format, the maximum time commitment is 18 hours with an onsite.

Unless otherwise noted, on-site sessions occur daily from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm local time. Shared expenses may apply depending on where an on-site class is organized.
